My best asset is my ability to see you as an individual
With this approach I can support you reaching your full potential in movement
I have been a physiotherapist for almost a decade. Through this time I have had the opportunity to treat many people. From ankle sprains to spinal cord injuries - the most important thing I have learned is the value of human connection. I have a toolbox of skills, but the best thing I offer is my dedication to seeing who you are.

I am passionate about movement
I believe people can do more than they’ve been told
I love my work because I believe we are meant to move. Maybe it’s walking your child to school, or telling a story with your hands, or performing on stage - it is integral to who we are.
Sometimes we are not able to move the way we used to or want to. I want to share my knowledge and skills to guide people to where they want to be.
Dance is
my community
Dance is my love
During a challenging time in my life, I turned to dance. It continues to heal me to this day as I discover more about myself in this art form.
At the same time, I was welcomed into a nurturing community of the most accepting individuals. Many have become life long friends and share a special understanding of who I am.
I’m here to take care of these communities I hold dear to my heart.
